MARKETING PERSONALIZATION

Design and implementation of tools meant to consolidate information about site users from different sources.

Client wanted to send user-personalized newsletter e-mails with offers for the subscribed users.

We created Python scripts that fetch data from shop database and external suppliers and compile it into data ready to be inserted into dynamic e-mail templates we designed.

The execution and results were so appealing that we were later asked to implement event-driven e-mail communication, like "abandoned cart", "wishlist product in promotion" and other features automating daily marketing activities.
